It's not enough.  I sit and watch a man in uniform sitting next to me at the airport as person after person comes over to shake his hand and say "thank you".

It's nice, but it's not enough.  A handshake doesn't help our troops.

Don't just thank a Veteran today, do something to show them how important they are.  Like the Tempe, Arizona church that is hanging a "boot tree" with paper boots for the donations their families are making.  Like the Los Angeles trivia game, where they passed the hat to raise money so our soldiers and marines could phone home from their combat zones.  Like the man who stood up in a group of strangers and asked them all to donate because it was the right thing to do.

We can shake their hands, but it's not enough.  Let's give them a hand this Veteran's Day!

What is going on?

It's as simple as this. our soldiers overseas can't afford to call home, and we need to take care of them. We are collecting calling cards to send to them. Send calling cards or you can donate directly into our paypal account and we will buy and send the cards for you.

There are several ways to donate:

Best: Visit any Compass Bank or Bank of America branch - 100% of your donation goes to the troops!

2nd Best: Click on the Make A Donation button above to use PayPal (PayPal gets a small percentage off the top for their service fee)

Additional Option: Mail AT&T International calling cards to: GI Phone Home - PO Box 63262 Phoenix, AZ 85082
